Chuck and Gail Richey are full-time Realtors, working with both Buyers and Sellers, as well as Builders, in the Middle Tennessee area.

They have lived in Middle Tennessee for most of their lives. (Gail is a native.) They are active in the community and support Happy Tales Humane Center, Make a Wish foundation and their local church.


Chuck has worked in land acquisition for a number of years and enjoys putting together tracks of land and assembling tracks for development projects. Chuck has been involved in marketing for much of his life. He has experience in negotiating multi-million dollar contracts in the utility industry.

Gail has been involved in several facets of administration in corporations.
Gail has been awarded a number of designations, among them are
